Pros

If you are hard-working ,talented and ethical..this is not the company for you. The teams are run like a family business by Manage(rs)ment in promotions and rewarding. Neither your hard-work nor a degree from premier institutes or decent higher education has no place in recognition and rewarding. Best place to work for good looking women employees( you are taken care ) Flexible timings( who cares )

Cons

Yes boss culture and boss is always right. Management constantly force managers to target and send out employees every year. Bucketers get rewards and promotions....redefined and new zebra culture. Tons of money wasted in the name of innovation. You will never get promotion if you don't have good licking skills with thick tongue and should be a community fellow to be identified and rewarded.

Pros

Flexi time : come by lunch leave by dinner.spend less time in office. Friday is full playful sports day. Freedom of choice : attend meetings at your own wish or never attend any meetings. fat pay check with zero responsibility. run the show to his whims and fancies. no one to question. Freedom of expression - rouge behavior with team members, treat the team as slaves. only lickers, yesmans gets promotion and preference. Rule by fear : always threaten employees with hire and fire policy, though the company does not have one. send out people out who my become threat in future.

Cons

Nepotism: recruit friends, relatives, family members and get a monthly commission from body shoppers. domicile,language and region play big role in recruitment. people recruited from single town always. Divide policy : create rift in the team at regular intervals, so the team gets fully engages among them selves. Complacency : best in class flex time. most misused in the company and leading to complacency everywhere. Politics : constant creation of rift with in the team,dis-trust,friction,pitch one against another. when the team fights enjoy the fun.manager rude behavior is the order of the day. Visibility: take credit for team achievements and suppress them and dint allow anyone to grow. always engage the employees in constant team fight, create rift and nuisance in the team members. Best qualities to be a manager : extreme behavior: Public criticism , inconsistency, excessive micromanagement, constant engagement of team fighting,compete with your own team.
