Pros
Work can be challenging and intellectually stimulating. It is too small a company to afford not to have everyone contribute, so you will get a chance to do real work. There are some interesting technologies and you can develop your problem-solving skills. Environment is relaxed. CEO is a strong leader with extensive experience, and employees feel a personal loyalty to him. He is someone you can learn a lot from by watching. Small development team is tight-knit, camaraderie there is honestly kind of special.
Cons
Due to the company size and partnership with PrismTech there are limited opportunities for career development unless you leave.
