61% positive business outlook
Pros
Great atmosphere, great colleagues and interesting projects
Cons
Sometimes management decisions can be a bit unclear
Pros
- Nice people - Hybrid work model - Health insurance - Good for career start
Cons
- They call themselves as community-first company, however mostly everyone is working remotely, agile teams are split between multiple regions, which means you don’t even see your colleagues. There’s no “community” feeling because people don’t interact in real life, everyone is working remotely. - Growth was not organized and handled properly - feels like people from Autsoft are not integrated into Zenitech. Colleagues from Autsoft show zero interest in participating in Zenitech chapters and community events. - When a new project starts, Zenitech simply sells people to fill the seats and that’s it. Each project starts as a new disorganized mess. Too many projects that end up as a failure due to various reasons. - When something goes wrong or you need some help, in most cases you won’t receive any support from the management as there’s a “that’s not my problem, go ask person X” mindset. - Some clients are really good, however you can end up working for a client that makes you feel like you’re a slave. For example: Zenitech promises you flexible working hours, however your client can schedule meetings after your working hours (17:00) and you must attend them no matter what. No one cares if you have a docs appointment or kids that need to be picked up from kindergarden. And you will receive zero support from Zenitech as well, because you will have to work according to whatever was agreed between Zenitech and the client. Contract details are not shared with the ZT employees. - False promises from the management, especially from people in the UK. Lots of talk and no actions. - Lack of challenges. - Thoughtless hiring - they hire people, then struggle to find work for them so these employees are fired. - Hard to propose ideas to the UK management, the process is tiresome and most of the times when reaching out to people on Slack, “seen” and silence is all you will receive.
Pros
Nice office, some good colleagues
Cons
Unorganized, clueless management, outsourced projects, no help to work, bad company culture, poor internal communication
Pros
Zenitech it's one of the companies that impressed me the most; It all started with the interview with the CEO - it was a relaxed discussion, there was a lot of talk about moral principles and company values; Friendly environment; The middle / senior ratio is favorable for increasing productivity; Open-minded colleagues who are willing to help you quickly; Management knows how to stimulate its employees so that quality is delivered on time; It's done by giving good advice, taking into consideration people skills, good planning, daily meetings, etc... Having contact with various roles/projects I had the opportunity to learn interesting things and grow professionally
Cons
