Intentional low-staffing, BHT's that lack training/respect for patients, staff that instigates patients, out of date and unsecured building that is not appropriate for psych population, all for-profit, patients and employees are not respected and are used as "role play models" just to get by enough to continue operations, scheduler who blows up phone all day with group messages including requests for BHT's to cover (too lazy to text BHT's only) resulting in phone going off all day every day for all hours of the day, no supplies at times (first aid, gloves, cups)

Leadership is out of touch with what is really going on with the patients. It is so hard to take tour PTO time b/c they have inadequate number of nurses- high turnover rate. The unit is dirty and in need of serious work. Not enough BHTs to handle situations and it is often not safe for employees and patients.
