      Company Car, Chemical and COSH training (though not accredited). Monthly Bonus if 3.5% growth (year on year) achieved and a percentage of new business turnover.

      Cons

      BDM's bringing on new business sell a one size fits all model leaving TM's to resolve issues from this way of working. Supply chain issues affecting your numbers can leave you missing your bonus despite being out of your control.
