NONE - They feed off from your soul

Cons

- There is no one to clean up the tea area, it made me puke in my mouth several times. No one cleans the office. - They turn off Air Conditioners in Summers to save electric bills. - They give ultimately ridiculous machines to developers that don't even work. - For years i have asked management to replace broken chairs and they failed to provide healthy environment. - They provide yearly office trip and take extra charges from the employees but fail to manage. - There were 6 girls that were sexually harassed in the building and management could not do any thing about it. Instead emailed everyone about their harassment policy. - Once bathrooms door lock was broken, so they took it from the tea room and installed it in the bathroom. after 5 months. - Bullying is the main hobby in this work place. - Human resource is not there to help out.

Pros

Good experience while working with Zepto for and their clients. Very Flexibility in timing in/out. Teams are very cooperative while working. Best working environment as well as Agile Methodology. Annual leaves are 22 (8 PTO, 14 unpaid). EOBI and Provident fund.

Cons

Lack of appreciation for your hard/smart work. Lack of team management system. Lack of job security. No skill improvement training and support. Not working in advance technology's and web/app development etc. No bonus anymore, it is an optional based on performance (like 100/100).

- Salary on time - Moderate leave policy

Cons

- Poor medical benefit. - No outdoor visits/gatherings/lunches - Totally politicize management. - Few clients (You can be kicked immediately once the project is over or the client refused to pay). - Very Poor contract strategy of bounding an employee by 2 months if you want to leave yourself. Don't go to Zeptosystems If you are already settled somewhere else or have another option.
