Straight up mean management. I have never worked at a place in all of my years that has made me cry. This is the first company I worked for where I dreaded logging in to my computer every morning. The manager I had in particular would not talk to me for a few weeks at a time, and then randomly one week this managed would be constantly messaging, calling, emailing, and getting on my case. I would be micromanaged during this time so much. I absolutely hated it. This manager would notice the smallest error or typo - something that is not even close to being detrimental to the company - and would treat it like it was the biggest disaster in the world.

Not many. It’s an easy going job.
