- Salary - Nice team - Grass roots impact - Good products

- Runs incredibly lean - Work style oscillates between extreme micro management and complete isolation - Little regard for prior experience - Was warned before beginning that everyone who works under the founder leaves quickly (this proved to be true) - Limited impact tracking and transparency - Derogatory approach to performance management
