Pros
Remote and you will be reimbursed if you purchase something cheap like a monitor or mouse to WFH.
Cons
Cons well there's a lot and that's why I'm choosing to leave this toxic company. No direction on how to do anything. You can ask for help from "upper management" and you will not hear back or not even joking be referred to Google. When I first started here. I will say it was chaotic, but everyone was collaborative and felt like a space where we were all working with the same goal in mind. In the last few months the company has laid off many valuable employees and hired new "management" that is completely clueless. Now it feels like you are paddling a row boat with 1 oar while taking in water all at once. It's suffocating and toxic. The new management has no idea what they are doing. Everyday you are just being barked orders and no sense of direction. Just you are wrong. OH my favorite part is being a personal assistant to our new "management". Everything the manager is handed by the CEO you are now in charge of while new management is having brunch with family and you're stuck working 9-12 hour days. I'm glad to say I'm leaving that toxic culture. I'm sad, because a few months ago the culture was not like this. The insurance is sub bar. The wellness program they bolster so much about...um I never saw it or heard from it?? The equity is a nice way to get to pay you less than market value for your role. Since no one lasts then your equity stays with them. Also in the last months ALL roles hired were just senior roles. So CCO'S, Directors, etc. So you have all these officers and hardly any worker bees. ALSO you can only do your job on a MAC. So if you're a MAC enthusiast that's a plus if you're not oh well. The only good thing is the company is remote. Also the fact that "upper management" in the last 2 weeks have flooded all websites with "good reviews" after people have been laid off and are jumping ship. Truly shows what this company has become after "new management" came in. Not trust worthy at all. This USE to be a good company.
