No Pros the company doesn't care about their employees

Office Situated in UB City which is a costly place, travelers from other states can't get a PG Or House nearby because the company doesn't pay them well in the end they end up struggling in the city. Also, they don't provide work from home however their work can be done at home easily still they call their employees to come office for no reason by spending their savings. Managers are not good they do lots of micro managements which is frustrating.
