Competitive salaries and reasonable benefits Collaborative environment ensures everyone's opinion is heard and considered Management cares about building a satisfied and motivated team - turnover is not particularly high for a company of this size and age Management encourages a healthy work life balance and allows for flexible schedules - as long as the work gets done Transparent communication from C levels keeps employees abreast of high level company strategy and financial status Company is winning big name clients and experiencing strong, long-term growth
Cons
Salaries have stagnated - mostly due to financial constraints related to the COVID pandemic Relatively high deductible health insurance Extremely complex product makes onboarding slow and frustrating
