Pros

- Great place to work and learn from colleagues. - Flat organization structure. - Opportunity to work in different departments. - Hybrid or WFH model. - Supportive senior management.

Cons

- Work life balance can take a hit on most days. - Good for entry and mid level employees but beyond that there isnt much growth. - Very unconventional approach to building teams and work, which will be applicable mostly only within the company but once you quit you realise you should have pursued other certifications as well. - Sometimes colleagues or seniors are too casual or unprofessional in their interactions. - Although WFH model is good but may lead to isolation from team and key decisions. - Not suitable if anyone wants to pursue core finance roles.
