interesting and straightforward tasks (Bubble), awesome people, the adequate atmosphere at work, a lot of different internal company leisure activities and mini-bonuses, remote and non-strict time tracking (you don't have to start working day at strictly the same hours), average salary rate on the market

Cons

hourly-based working day, unpredicted instability of a workload (you can have from 0 to 100500 tasks during a week)
