      AWESOME product, a well written piece of software. Very well recieved by all prospects who demo'd the ZXTM platform - superb coders in the UK.

      Cons

      Highest level management is poor and totally lacking in people skills. No understanding of channel's needs, whims and politics. Unable or unwilling to embrace new business tactics to win strong footprint.
