      Petty politics, arrogance, and cheating

      + okayish learning + full pantry

      Cons

      - petty politics. all leaders (VP, CTO, CEO) favour their bffs and scheme against other employees. CTO has 2 favorites - one VP and one JVP, who are thicc with him. but mistreat their subordinates - appraisals unfair and never on time (took months to get mine); spineless HR - discrimination and sidelining anyone who dares question or criticize leadership - no worthy reporting structure; seniors assigned reporting to juniors who are very inexperienced - peers are good but mostly come from spoilt backgrounds and overly sensitive - will make promises like gf while hiring, behave like wife (go back on it) after joining

      No learning and Bad Culture

      Overall tech is fine. Rest nothing is good.

      Cons

      1) Bad culture. Bossy VPs and CTO. CTO is still a college student. Abuses people openly in office space. 2) Higher Management don't care at all for employees personal life. 3) Late night meetings. Work on weekends. 4) Unprofessional HR team. Don't have any opinions or initiatives of their own. They are just like assistance to CTO. 5) No social interaction at all between employees as CTO don't like people talking in office. 6) Funding issues. 7) Less hike. 8) No business sense. Its just a tech company.

      Some quick but limited learning

      Cons

      One will join a startup for career growth and learning. No growth for new employees here. They just want you to work here for 12+ hours. Startups have flexibility, but here flexibility is only for older employees. For them, they know everything and they treat employees very badly. You will not have any life after joining here.
