1. False Public Image: The company may win "Best Work Culture" awards. I don't know how. But internally the culture is driven by blame-shifting, a lack of support, and poor decision-making without even thinking.
2. Unfair PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) policy: The company has a policy to put employees on a PIP if they fail to achieve 60% of their OKRs over the past two months. However, the CEO often manipulates OKR calculations, ignoring previous achievements and falsely evaluating performance to unjustly place employees on PIP.
3. Unreasonable Hybrid work policies: Even if the official office hrs are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, if you arrive at the office by 9:20 or 9:25 AM, your work-from-home privileges can be revoked because the CEO considers you "LATE". This lack of flexibility creates unnecessary stress.
