Pros

Pros Only 6 working days so you get 1 day off each week Salary gets credited by the 1st of next month

Cons

Cons 1. No leave policy. The company has 0 leaves and you are judged if you take a single day off. You only get Sundays off and some mandatory public holidays 2. Strict entry time at 10:30 AM but no exit time. You are expected to work at least 12 hours a day. Number of hours is more important than the output. 3. Funds shortage as the company has limited funds left only to survive 4 months so the anger of not being able to raise funds is taken out on employees 4. Bizzare firing policy. If employees don't behave in line as per the diktats of the core group they get fired. 5. Worst policy is surveillance. The core team keeps tabs on who comes in at what time, who all talk to each other and report all to the CEO. Description They take a lot of decisions on hunch. They started going back on the promises made to the customers as well as employees just to save a few bucks. They fired a lot of employees in the past and promised good severance pay but in the end they didn't even give them a proper notice period salary. If you are a Yes man, you survive and you can even get in the good books of the Core group which currently has 3 people who are here only because they share lies and give misleading information about a failed product which they have tried to launch many times. The CEO is a school boy who throws tantrums if you don't wish him on birthdays or if you send him an email after a bit of delay. He speaks incessantly in all meetings and town halls and is a poor listener. He lacks sensitivity and always keeps giving contradictory statements and taunts everyone. Overall the CEO and 3 other people call the shots on everything and to have a good time you just need to say yes to everything they ask. If you are someone who is not looking for an independent working environment and loves politics, this is a great place to be. If you are a good performing employee, you will get frustrated soon and resign within a few months and if you are an average employee, the core group will get insecure and create a fake environment to get you fired without even 2 months of severance pay. The attrition rate here is more than 50%. If you are a below average or poor performer, you can thrive as you are not seen as threat by these egomaniacal core group who poke their noses in every single thing and have not contributed anything so far, all you need to do is say yes to everything the CEO asks and these 3 people ask and come to office in time and pass time for 12  hours, even if you don't have anything to work. The CEO and this core group of 3 stay near the office so they go out to their home for lunch and dinner and do a check late at night seeing who all have left and who are still in the office. Overall calling this place toxic would be an understatement.

Pros

- You can loose weight due to less sleep and more stress. - You will come to know how a company or management should not behave. - You will able to face any situation in your life after working here. - Free food which is also helps to loose weight. - If you are bully, like to toy with people and know to steal others work, this is the best org for you.

Cons

- No job security, they fire anyone, anytime, randomly just like that. - Your expected to work at least 14 hours a day, 6 days in a week which normalised. - Top management themselves don't know what they are doing, but if anything goes wrong they just simply fire underlings. - People in top management are just bullies. - No weekends, even in weekends they want you to spend time with company folks. - Constantly dumped with work which will have no value and doesn't make sense, just to satisfy the top management people's ego. - Toxic work culture, people put you in constant pressure. - People will steal your work. - Managers are appreciated for your effort. - There are more people to give work than people to work. - Your work won't be appreciated unless you join in bullies gang. - You will be forced to put fake positive reviews. - Favouritism, politics is there - Management don't even listen to you.

Pros

Good office space which they were trying to let out due to funding crunch. Nothing else even with some good minds they were able to hire

Cons

Everything almost. - CEO himself drives a very threatening culture. Doesn't listen to anything which negates his point and only needs YES man around - CEO is clearly 2-faced. Only KPI he cares about was a good glassdoor rating when hundreds of folks were asked to leave or resigned. So he didn't let manager tell people about lay off and used to do it himself giving random reasons - The -1s understand what CEO likes and just do what he says to stay in the company and in his good books for long run - They don't stick to figuring out 1 thing which can achieve PMF and grow. Customer feedbacks are a mockery and they eventually do what their small minds say. Whosoever opposes is out.
