The worst place I've worked at! A lot of false promises, but the truth is: - It's always someone else's fault - yours or the clients. - Complete lack of leadership, no direction, no business strategy, emotional decisions. Decisions are made by 2 people in the company who has zero people skills. - Extremely RUDE and unprofessional attitude, no work ethic. They treat you like trash, like you're incapable of anything. Zero recognition for your work. They think that as they give you a salary, they own your life. - Forget about your sleep, life and weekends. Be ready to work late nights (although they promise work-life balance) - Lots of ideas come from the founder and his best advisor, but no execution plan against them. Be ready to be the one to blame for the 'missed opportunities'. - Zero guidance, zero onboarding, they throw you in the dark and when something goes wrong (happens all the time), guess whose fault is it? Yours, of course. - Extremely poor communication, although it's a small team. - Bad culture and very unhealthy environment.

0 organization. Lack of goals and few guidelines. Work is not valued. Employees outside of the tech sector are demoralized. They promise you many things that later are not. There is not much camaraderie. People pretend that they are good coworkers but when there are problems nobody shows their faces. They throw you to the lions. Some people in the team always pretend to be the best one. They don’t respect your work or your role. They think your work is something that anyone can do.
