As a former employee of Zoolatech, I feel compelled to share my negative experience with the company. While I had high hopes for a positive work environment and challenging projects, I ultimately found Zoolatech to be a disappointing and frustrating place to work. Firstly, the management at Zoolatech was disorganized and lacked clear communication skills. I found it difficult to understand who I was supposed to report to and what their expectations were for me. Often times, I had to spend excessive amounts of time tracking down the right person to speak with to ensure that my work was on track. Furthermore, when I did receive feedback or guidance, it was often vague or unhelpful, leaving me feeling lost and unsupported. Additionally, Zoolatech offered little in the way of employee benefits or support. Despite promises of medical coverage and other forms of support, I found it difficult to access these benefits and often had to fight to get the coverage I was promised. Furthermore, the company offered no professional development opportunities and no support for employees seeking to improve their skills or advance in their careers. Another major issue I encountered while working at Zoolatech was the lack of respect and appreciation for employees. There was little recognition for a job well done and employees were often criticized and belittled for their shortcomings. Management seemed to have little regard for the well-being of their employees and often pushed unrealistic deadlines and unreasonable expectations without considering the impact on their team members. Finally, I found the overall work culture at Zoolatech to be toxic and unfriendly. Micromanagement was the norm and there was little collaboration or teamwork between employees. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of diversity and inclusivity within the company. This only served to make the environment more tense and unwelcoming. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Zoolatech as a positive place to work. From disorganization and poor communication to the lack of employee benefits and toxic work culture, the challenges I faced while working there left me feeling unsupported and undervalued. I hope that this feedback will serve as a warning to other potential employees and encourage Zoolatech's management to reflect on their practices and strive for a more positive and supportive workplace.

Zoolatech is an intermediate company, they arrange you to work with one of their clients. Reputable company, friendly atmosphere, great events

Cons

no salary increase (not even inflation rate) timezone difference with clients can be an issue
