      Pros

      Not many pros to talk about at all.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all- they can ask you to travel anywhere anytime and can assign you whatever work they may feel like, without regard to what your own schedule looks like. Poor treatment by management- they don't respect you or your work. Not enough money for work.

      No one I can think of. I wish I could give a negative rate.

      Cons

      1. No work life. 2. You cannot take your leave when you want. 3. Work from home is a half day. 4. They think employees as slaves. 5. No salary on time. and lot more.

      We can see that you needed to vent after being fired from your position. Our advice to you would be to focus on improving yourself instead.

      you will get a chance to work on front-end as well as back-end, seniors are helpful and friendly

      Cons

      infrastructure is not satisfactory , less management
