Given my longer tenure here at Zooppa, I have been able to experience the major changes the company has gone through - both in upper management and moving our office to NYC. Since the new CEO started, the company culture has changed to a very open, fun and collaborative environment. No day is the same as we work with a wide array of great clients. Current team is very fun and easy to work with.
Cons
Company is small, so it comes with the natural concerns of stability. Doesn't come with 'large company' perks like free lunches, big expense account, etc.
