      - Everyone is nice and work towards the same objective with a warming and cooperative environment - You'll be sure to receive feedback and if there is something to improve it is done nice and constructively - You have the chance to be heard and also to help achieve it

      Pros

      Working here means working with an amazing team of people. Whether you're starting out as a junior developer or joining as a senior one, you'll always find someone ready to jump in and share their knowledge with you.

      Cons

      Some of the company and team meetings can last a bit longer than expected - so if you don't like those, this can be a negative. It might feel like you're spending more time in meetings than actually developing and learning. Also, the tech stack is a bit outdated - so don't expect to be working on cutting-edge programming languages and frameworks.

      All of the developers are nice and support each other, great friendly atmosphere, everybody joins together for lunch, the management is very nice and supportive.

      I can't think of any.
