Unprofessional behaviour and comments from owner. High turnover. Constant manipulating and belittling of staff (current and former). Liitle values, direction, support, or enjoyable work environment. Many projects but no staff to run them. Manager/owner lies saying she fired an employee when they actually resigned.

I worked at allspaces for months... and it was the worst experience of my life. It was so stressful, I would have to bring my work home because I was in charge of 7 plus projects. You get worked like a dog there, I didn’t even have any project management experience.... or construction experience but I was hired at a project manager.. which makes so sense. The work environment is sooooo horrible, you can hear the owner talking crap about other people... calling them names and being nasty. She loves putting herself on a pedestal and making other people feel stupid or unworthy. I would totally not recommend this place to anyone, working here is a waste of time. The company has no standard... cad drawings are a mess. Trades are constantly talking crap about allspaces.
