      Pros

      Great workenviroment. Friendly coworkers and supervisors. Your seniors always want whats best for you and are willing to help you learn the ropes. Fast paced environment but very patient.

      Cons

      It seems hard to get a promotion or a salary raise apart from the standard 3%. The only promotions I've seen while working here have been for the Executive loan commitee and the most senior members. They would rather add new employees and expand rather than give raises.
