I am writing to express my concerns regarding beqom new remote work policy. Since its implementation, there has been a noticeable decline in team morale. The policy, which restricts remote working options, has been particularly unfair to our newer colleagues. Despite having contracts that promised two days of remote work, they are now being pressured to sign revised agreements that do not honor this commitment. This sudden change is not only demotivating for our current team but is also adversely affecting our recruiting efforts. We are losing talented people who are seeking more flexible working arrangements, which are increasingly becoming the industry standard. The policy contradicts our company's values of fairness and adaptability.

The change in WFH policy with 4 days in the office, which should be mandatory tracked in the internal tool, destroyed possitive and loyalty to the company. It was done without any discussions with empoyees, provided reasons were very abstract, diplomatic and unclear, without any numbers. At the last Product All Hands it was clear answered that if anyone doesn't like new policy, that person can leave. Employees' opinion is not interesting and not considered. Company's slogan 'to make your people happy' was changed to 'to make our ET happy'. That's really pity, because before this change company was really good and comfortable to work in.
