Provides great opportunity to come up with designs and build solution using the latest technologies. Since its a small team of developers good opportunity to get good hands on experience of end to end project development.
Cons
No test team hence developers are responsible to do the testing. Have to take on the BA role to get the requirement which sometimes means too many meetings with end users.
