      Tough leadership, good team members

      Pros

      Smart, kind coworkers who care about their work and their fellow team members. Fun culture (because of said coworkers) and swanky new office.

      Cons

      Upper leadership is tough; hard to read, inconsistent and, at times, unkind. Disappointingly, they seem to be discouraging of any DEI efforts, so if that's important to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

      Pros

      friendly peers and pretty nice office

      Cons

      somewhat stringent culture for an agency. The management made numerous acquisitions within 3 years (quadrupled its size) and seems like all they wanted is to be the largest agency in the Midwest. Lost some clients and reduced workforce. Would not recommend.

      Pros

      Feel free to leave early, everyone does, there is no work because the same 5 people are overloaded with it.

      Cons

      Day to day employees are not listened to. Leaderships holds cheesy brainstorms to hear what you have to say but ultimately do what they want to do regardless. Too many to list.
