      Pros

      This is a great place to work and not sure some of these reviews for this company. A lot of the reviews are from people that could not do the job so they complain and use this forum as their outlet. They just were not good at their job and got fired. I have worked here for six years and love this place. The owner caters lunches monthly, in-house massages, constant treats, stocked kitchen....etc. Don't believe the negativity from a few bad apples.

      Cons

      Management is not perfect but I have an open door always to talk to them. I like leadership because there is a direction, clear and concise. I might not always agree with it but in the end the company is growing via clients and it appears with are very healthy via financials which is all that matters in small businesses. Wish they paid for training more so, but they pay for half of all training which is not bad.

      Pros

      None! It will all come back to bite you. This place is the worst, just turn your search around now, you can find better. I promise!

      Cons

      Poor communication, sloppy establishment, and terrible management. Everything you have read in the other reviews is true. Most don’t stay very long, pay is crap, and the “President” is creepy, pompous, and an unprofessional bafoon.
