      Pros

      The way the teams work together is amazing. Absolutely love who I work with. Billy and Aaron are amazing to work under.

      Cons

      A solid HR department or at least an HR person to be able to discuss things without having to talk to your boss would be nice. They handle it very well, but some conversations can just be uncomfortable.

      Fun atmosphere, kind people most everyone works hard and is understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance, lots of favoritism. Some people don't know how to do their jobs and others need to pick up the slack with no recognition.

      Pros

      The people at cicayda are top notch. There wasn't one person hired by the company that wasn't a great culture fit. Kudos to management for committing to the product long enough to find profit.

      Cons

      Growth took some time, but it sounds like the company is now seeing success.
