Pros
There aren't too many, but they did have a nice office in Munich, very centrally located. The team I was assigned to had a positive outlook on work and it sort of rubbed off on me. Very nice people to work with, maybe not so much to work for. I enjoyed working there, but was let go due to reasons unknown to me. The company vibe is generally very upbeat, very "German". In other words, work now play very little (if at all) later. Good, strong work ethic. There were great team building events, so that's a plus. Cake on Birthdays was also a fun perk of the job. Lastly, I will say that you learn a tremendous amount, but that will mostly be done on your own or during school. That was probably the best thing about being an intern; school.
Cons
The degree of micro-management was quite appalling. They will ask you to report every single thing you work on via an extremely detailed email to your team, including, but not limited to, how long it took, what the initial issue was, if it was fixed, how it was fixed, when it was fixed, with whom you spoke to about said problem/issue, and all of this via email despite the fact that you are in the exact same room with your coworkers. The pay was sub-par not only for what I was accustomed to earning, but for the Munich area generally. I received 400 euro for the first two months, which was a kind of German probationary period, and then 687 euro for every month thereafter. With rent being 500+ euro in the Munich area, I barely survived this nightmare with less than 100 euro at the end of every month. Looking back on it, I am happy to have been a small part of the cleversoft GmbH warmachine, but could've been compensated a bit more.

Basically everything…the salary was low, no proper training for new employees, not a lot of information to help work in your own, the team in Sofia was extremely unfriendly, no work atmosphere.
