- Incredible team of genuinely cool, fun people. Office banter & team events are top-notch. - Frequent opportunities to pitch ideas & give feedback, regardless of where you stand in the hierarchy. Honesty & constructive feedback are highly valued. - Growth opportunities abound. If it's a good fit and you take the initiative to express interest in growing your role, management listens. - Working at CUPS, you'll work closely with all sorts of folks in the specialty coffee scene. Support small business while drinking great coffee (just be cautious of your caffeine intake - it's easy to go overboard.)
Cons
Things change quickly and the company is growing FAST, so you have to be adaptable and quick on your feet to keep up. If you don't have the drive to hustle, or you're not willing to put in the hours it takes to get the job done, it's probably not going to be a good fit. What you get out of your role depends heavily on what you put into it.
