Where to begin...Very dishonest hiring practices, the company claim to have an open door policy with their employees, which is not true. They're blind to whats actually happening in their showrooms. Management should not be a term this company uses to define the people "in charge". Unhelpful and unreliable, they cant even use the system that their staff uses, so when you have a client issues, one must fix it themselves. If you have an issue that you would like to bring up to HR, you can forget it.
