i am very very disappointed due to false commitment by HR. at the time of joining HR said me will get increment after 3 months and now after long period passed they are not giving me any answer related to salary increment. All my colleagues have same issues with HR. HR executives forcefully ask all employees to enter 5 star google rating while joining company.

Worst top and middle level management. Every time the management give the wrong commitments to the employees. Worst work culture no any motivation for employee. Unethical business practices by the management and HR like: reducing the basic salary of all employees without any intimation. Reducing incentives without any prior intimation. Deducting flat 15% services tax from international executives revenues where there is no rule for services tax in international payments. reducing leaves from 21 to 12 for the confirm employees. Wrong invoicing to the international clients. 6 months they have not given salary slips to the employees as they have done fraud in the employees salary.Immiditaly after 6 months they have change the salary structure of the employess. Full of Rats and lizzards in the office. No proper pest control. No proper ventilation in the office. Employees using table fans. No ac is working. No shop establishment certificate available with the company. Forcing the employees to sign any documents by threatning them that they will loose the job if they dont sign it. Taking money from the customers by giving the wrong commitments.
