Cons
-Some teams do very menial jobs and ends up messing up with your head leading to higher attrition rates -hidden office politics, nepotism by higher management -Low balling and unfair pay packages -Software issues, specifically slower speeds which cause you to lose focus and damage productivity and efficiency -unnecessary restrictions and heavy policing by company with respect to personal hygiene including clean shaven face everyday! which is not practical for everyone, haircuts, nails, attire, restricted access to internet.. all which may be a bit over the top and not required in a corporate company. -very long work hours but no compensation for the same - work 40hrs or 80 hrs, you get the same pay -Compensation for weekend work (which happens quite frequently) is given as a day off and not financially compensated
