Pros

Fun category marketing to Teens and their families Culture is great with nice colleagues and camaraderie Great snacks in the kitchen Lots of opportunity to run your function and do more beyond your role if you want

Cons

Management is incapable of weeding out poor performers so there is a fair amount of deadweight on staff resulting in poor quality work and lots of mistakes Overly ambition plans without the budget or skill sets to pull it off Management has let go of all the grownups. The staff are waaay to junior for the roles they fill and training is non existent. Not a good place if you want to grow skills via mentor ship and development

Pros

eDriving was not perfect but I enjoyed working there. Used to be a good work environment until the new CEO took over in October 2018. Unfortunately there is nothing good to say about this company anymore.

Cons

Very poor management. Stressful work environment. There is a lot of backstabbing. HR is not there to help lower employees. If you go to HR concerning unethical treatment from a manager or director they will go to the CEO or VP throwing you under the bus. In the end you will be the one who gets in trouble. There has been many unethical firings since the New CEO started. Many employees were fired for performance issues who I know personally told me they never received one warning about their performance. It's painful to see a coworker being treated poorly by upper management who knows they can't go to anyone for help (of course going to HR for help is not an option) without the risk of losing their job. Never seen a company treat employees this poorly in my life.
