Culture Shock from UAE. Isolated building without a cafeteria. Every second person is distrustful of other person due to artificially induced insecurity. People who are used to work in a well established environment might find it difficult to adapt to the new environment.

I think i am the right person to give suggestions to u. Pls avoid grammer mistakes. I have been worked for them more than a year. Whatever i tell here all are truth. You can check with current employees. This company wont take north indians or young girls or boys. They always married commited people so that you don’t switch job instantly. 90% people are south india only. Every month they wll delaying salary. Because of them my cibel score went very low. Now i cant get homeloans because of this company. This company is there on sundays. But they don’t tell to the candidates during interview. After joining only they telling to some employees. And in sunday a/c will don’t work. Uncleaned wash rooms with no tissues paper. Very small cafeteria . U have to be wait to eat lunch. No pantry. Only tea or coffee u can gets two times in daily No work. Onsite team don't share work much. They need dependency on them. I was sitting idle for some days . Then left. No properly mail communication. People don't want proof for their mistakes No fun activities conducting No leaves for indian festivals even diwali dhasara No onsite. For onsite they took from other consultancy not from off site 9 to 6 working. If u coming late u have to go late No team lunch , parties No work @ home. Systems always slow. No updated new technologies all are old U can't found the name in manyata .. Nobody knew this company without name registering they running Only working screen u should open no fb , news site , youtube , Banking site Worst management in offsite Many political game and many spy Always they will threaden employees by lop. unnessary interfering to other team One girl was fired this company spoiled her IT life Management team only putting good comments in glass door don't believe in this good comments Only salary is good. That also u won't get ontime.
