I loved the product and how it can help people less fortunate get medical care.

Cons

They have junior developers leading senior developers. The tech. lead is very insecure, hacks everything and makes your life miserable. Every day is a fire drill due to complete lack of planning and very poor technical lead. No point in planning a sprint - it won't matter.

Hostile environment. No culture. Soulless execs. Terrible leadership teams. Very “turn and burn”. Entire experience is a facade.
