      great projects some times enter the studio great training program

      because its a small vfx company, presuse by the coordination team can be overwhelming OT can be extreme to somepoints

      Pros

      Good employers, good work ambient, high professionalism, big chances to grow inside the company, continuous training, opportunity to start from scratch for new employees.

      Cons

      Really long work periods with not enough rest in between, payment wasn't that good, extra hours weren't payed, sometimes the workflow was overwhelming.
