There is little to no focus on employee growth, stability, or work–life balance, and this has caused stress and family-level issues for many employees. Employee benefits are almost non-existent apart from basic lunch. Extreme cost-cutting is visible across all levels, including infrastructure and people management. Despite being in a strong market position due to exclusive OEM hardware partnerships, the organization shows minimal concern for employee satisfaction or long-term retention. The monopoly advantage is prioritized over building a healthy, ethical, and supportive workplace.
