      Poor Company STAY AWAY!!!!!

      Pros

      If you like doing nothing all day then this is the place for you. Honestly have 0 pro's for working for this company.

      Cons

      Poor decision making. Certain employees get special treatment. No recognition for good work. No room for career growth. Don't abide by Overtime Law for Non-exempt employees. Use non licensed software/bootlegs Tech is very outdated. Insurance is Poor. 401K "Match" isnt really matching only matching if the CEO feels like it. 9 times out of 10 he doesn't. No raises with Title changes, but increased work load. Very disorganized. Afraid of change!

      Easy going. Easiest job a one can have. The software is powerful.

      Cons

      Everything about this company is negative. Starting with mood of the office. Everyone hates everyone here. There is no management or they just don't care. Everyone one is there to collect a paycheck. There is no future growth here. I can honestly say this is the worst company you can be part of.
