      Pros

      Everyone is helpful and friendly - you can tell its a family business. The job is good, the customers are nice. Earning bonus in probation. Full time job, secure. Incentives and staff offers are good. Free parking.

      Cons

      There are lots of targets, lots to learn but the training is good. Hours were long now they are much better. Plus Overtime on offer. Systems - There are many different systems to get used to but training happens over a few months.

      The values and ethos of the company make this a great place to work. A welcoming, friendly environment with many opportunities and the autonomy to make a difference

      Changes over the last few years have affected some areas of the business- potentially change management not landed as well as it could have.
