It's been more than 4 years I m working with this company, awesome work environment and very supportive senior and top management. Variety of responsibilities. You learn new things every day and a lot of opportunities for growth. Very relaxed atmosphere! Good quarterly bonus along with on time salary. Team Lunch once in a month.

Cons

Working hours can be long and odd sometimes. Employee Provident Fund and Medical Facility not provided by the company.

Flexible schedule. Open and pragmatic team members. Extremely approachable management. Exposure to a variety of work that can get your creative juices flowing. Fixed ownership of work. The company has built an illustrious body of work. Fun activities and trips with colleagues, who double up as friends. Positive & fertile work environment. An open attitude to suggestions. You can brainstorm an idea with the CEO or the manager and expect positive results. A very comfortable employee and employer relationship.

Cons

The office is in Noida, which can be a good two-hour drive from Delhi; Certain projects can sap energy and are time guzzlers; the annual raise can be lackluster!
