      Hybrid work module rest nothing is good

      Uncertain layoff , not proper sales team they are going for project hire on that basis then suddenly got to know project is no more i have recently joined EMIDS but only 2 months i worked then there is no project and they are saying please look outside .

      Bad office infrastructure Zero job security No fresher hire hence all employees are 30+ year old hence very boring atmosphere in office. Office is very basic, Oddly located and no Food facilities. No hike in 2 years despite getting Great shoutout and satisfaction from client.
