Pros
- good camaraderie between employees - some perks like rooftop in office, drinks, sometimes company retreats
Cons
- management is backstabbing, hypocritical and cheap - having never done any other job than managing, can barely teach employees anything, they have to teach themselves while expected to do world class work - low salaries - frequent changes of company strategy - crazy expectations towards results obtainable by employees

- start-up perks (friendly workplace, free beer, flexible working hours) - freedom in the work (responsibility, trust to do your work)
Cons
- frequent firing - for some time the strategy of the company seemed to be not clear at all and change very frequently
