      Perfect atmosphere, great perks and friendship

      Pros

      Erento is a great employer with a perfect atmosphere where all colleagues are friendly, helpful and you can spend time together. You can also enjoy a big amount of nice benefits e.g.: - 4 days working week during a summer - Support for remote working - Perfect work-family-time balance (choose reasonably your working time) - Flat hierarchy - Contribution to your sport activities - Support for self-development (conferences, books, etc.) - Yearly company outing (Baltic sea, Saxony, ...) - Premium coffee, free drinks, and fruits - Summer Fridays (company pays for barbecue -> yes we have a rooftop!) - Open financial results to everyone (everyone has an impact and can see the results)

      Very fast paced: challenging but great learning environment

      Pros

      Fun team, challenging environment, supportive colleagues and superiors, diverse group of people, flexible work hours, additional activities (e.g. volleyball) offered, learning opportunity, great office (with rooftop BBQ)

      demanding environment: very fast paced (but that's what I signed up for!)

      Pros

      - They really care about the people - The team : we are like a big family and there are a lot of team activities - You can take ownership for projects and get responsibilities from day one - Transparency : everyone knows what is going on in the company - Rooftop terrace <3 + nice office space - flexible working hours and working from home
