      Pros

      I had hoped to share a positive experience about this company, but unfortunately, I didn't have any. If you have no other choice it may be a good opportunity to advance your career but I don't recommend it.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional environment. To sum up, during my first week I had a co-worker pull me aside and advise me "not to ask questions because they don't like that here". There are several stories that I could say that are beyond inappropriate but I will advise not to work here if you are a POC or LGBTQ+.

      Pros

      Entertainment leaders. More professional than it was in the early 2010's. Amazingly talented and passionate people work there.

      Cons

      Extremely uncompetitive salaries. Long unpaid hours. Bait and switch tactics on employees. Atrocious HR practices. No growth possibility. Relatively company with no upward mobility.
