At the end of the day still exceptional narrow field experience needed. Jobs depend on the project demands. Some jobs are exceptionally not creative and/or high overtime.

They provide nice benefits and it feels like they try to satisfy their emloyees more and more. The work-life balance is pretty nice. (This might vary on your team) Not a pro but I think your experience will be greatly affected based on what project/team you will join. I've had positive experiences with my team and how we work so far.
Cons
The quality of the projects are not so great. From my experience this happens because these projects came from Siemens, made way too long ago. So be prepared for legacy codes and outdated technologies (like ClearCase). They discuss the salary only once a year in autumn. This means that your chances for a salary increase happens once a year and from what I've heard they are not very transparent with the decision. (Though I have to strongly mention that I've only heard so far) I didn't have a good experience with the recruitment when I was hired and I haven't heard any good experiences with them so far. Even if your team works with agile methodologies, Siemens don't. So most probably only your immediate environment will be flexible, everything else will be quite rigid.
