    *Floodlights that strain your eyes *Badly written and outdated reference guides *Poor communication within and between teams - you can ask for something several times, be told it'll get fixed, and it's not *Poor communication between first direct and agency reps for temps *30 year old software with inconsistent layouts and bad user interface *Hold time boards don't work properly *Incomplete training where you're treated like a school kid *Breaks too short *Untrustworthy colleagues
