      Pros

      There are a few cool people who worked there, other than that I don't know if there are any real pros.

      Cons

      Seems legit at first. They really talk it up when you first start. Business ethics are questionable at best. They really only care about sales and not what the clients need. Preach that they care about their employees but never actually show it. Favored certain people who didn't deserve it. I would steer clear if you're looking for a place to grow and be happy.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      The staff seemed lost and ownership was absentee. As a result, client's left fairly quickly. Very gossipy for such a small office and it was obvious that most of the staff were looking for jobs elsewhere. Saw quite a few people cry and several resign. Health benefits continue to get worse.
