      Toxic environment with poor management and favoritism

      Pros

      Location, short lunch break. My first review was denied by glass door because I told the full story and it’s that bad.

      Cons

      Horrible management, backstabbing, bullying, secrets, people are set up to fail. The favoritism is off the charts. The place is full of jealous, insecure people.

      Pros

      gSource is a growing company that takes pride in employees and appreciates the work they do. Great location and safe office space. I'd recommend gSource to employees fresh out of school up to 5 years.

      Cons

      Compensation and 401k benefits could be much better.
